Responsibilities

1.Responsible to set up quality standard for new programs and execute to achieve the target

2.Works closely with customer on quality requirements

3.Works closely with engineering and operation team for effective quality control

4.Closely monitor new program performance and make continuous improvement

Requirements

1.Bachelor degree or above in engineering or quality.

2.5 or more years of experience in Quality Management. Skilled in Cover Glass or TP or PVD manufacturing.

3.Six Sigma Black or Green Belt certification preferred.

4.Thorough understand of Root Cause Analysis methodologies.

5.Demonstrate skillful application of APQP, PPAP, project management skills, negotiating and influencing strategy.

6.Ability to build relationships and credibility across the organization; works effectively with cross functional teams; able to function in a matrix environment.

7.Ability to get things done and multi-task; acts with a sense of urgency; able to prioritize; excellent decision making/judgment skills. Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills.

8.Strong communication skills.

9.Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese

10.Station in Shenzhen is required with possibility frequent travel
