公关/市场活动策划高级主管-有采购经验优先

岗位职责：

1. 负责策划及协调执行公关活动、商务会议、晚宴及相关行程的设计、统筹安排等工作；
2. 负责协调及实现和活动相关的采购及设计、制作市场推广产品(如礼品、赠品等)，同时监管联系各类型的供应商，如广告、酒店、展览会馆、礼品供应商等；
3. 根据公司活动采购需求计划及项目情况等，进行询价、比价、议价，合理制定采购计划，保证活动及日常工作的的正常进行；
4. 根据公司采购政策，完成日常会务采购的供应商询价、价格洽谈、采购订单管理、合同编制及审批、报销等工作；
5. 活动现场执行：按照流程现在执行并处理突发情况。

岗位要求：

1. 有三年以上公关活动类从业经验者优先；
2. 一年以上活动策划执行工作经验(如:酒会、会议、庆典、营销等),熟悉活动执行的整个流程,有一定的策划能力和活动全程执行能力；
3. 了解公关活动策划执行的相关流程及各项内容，能有效带领团队成员完成服务项目的创意输出及策划设计工作；
4. 熟练运用office办公软件,擅长PPT制作策划方案;熟练掌握AUTOCAD、、PHOTOSHOP、3D、MAX、coreldraw等设计软件；
5. 极强的语言表达能力，善于与人交流，能适应提案交流的工作性质。
