RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Estimating and planning for projects implementation.
· Monitoring and tracking development status.
· Writing technical specifications.
· Designing and developing projects.
· Ensuring quality of projects.
· Performing other tasks as required by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
· 5+ years in Software Development, 2+ years using JAVA and JavaEE.
· Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and XML is required.
· Knowledge of Oracle or SQL Server is required.
· Knowledge of Struts framework and JavaEE design patterns is required.
· Experience in OOA, OOD and OOP.
· Experience in Web-application design and implementation.
· Hands-on implementation experience in Web Services using SOAP and WSDL.
· Sound understanding of JAVA based n-Tiered Architecture and Component-Based development.
· Acute attention to detail and reliable problem solving abilities.
· Self-starter with the desire to grow and excel in a dynamic environment.
· Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and the ability to work effectively with people in management and development.
· Good English skill (both written and oral) is required, Cantonese skill is a definite plus.

EDUCATION:
A Bachelor’s degree is required preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Management.
