5 + years of experience working for a high-tech international company driving marketing programs in China
? Experience working with US based companies
? Business to Business marketing experience in the EDA industry a plus
? Proven success driving demand generation programs in China
? Knowledge of best practices marketing tactics in China including but not limited to SEM/SEO, email, social media,
community, in person and online events.
? Ability to establish relationships with relevant industry press and editors
? Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects with cross functional teams including marketing, sales, product management,
corporate, and web
? Excellent English/Chinese verbal and writing skills
? Willingness to work beyond traditional office hours to facilitate meetings and successful communications with global team
members
? Ability to travel internationally as necessary to ensure marketing program success
? Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of CRM tools like Sales Force
? BA/BS Degree required

We are looking for a results-oriented marketing professional to drive awareness and demand generation programs that grow
our Valor Manufacturing Solutions business in China.
A successful candidate will have proven experience developing, implementing andmeasuring demand generation marketing
initiatives in China. Must have the ability to work independently as well as collaborate with team members worldwide.
Responsibilities
? Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns that leverage proven tactics for success in China
? Manage promotion and execution of regional events and tradeshows
? Drive the localization of white papers, webinars, datasheets, web content and advertising materials
? Develop strong relationship with local Sales, PR, and Web team members
? Work closely with internal and external resources to maximize marketing program results
? Create regular reports on progress to achieve set organizational KPIs
? Work closely with Sales team to develop ongoing customer reference program
