Position Title : Commercial Bank Cash Sales Consultant
Department : China Commercial Bank

Responsibilities :
? Originate and cross-sell cash solutions to existing and new commercial bank customers to capture business and revenue opportunities.
? Achieve cash deposit and revenue targets of an assigned customer portfolio with cash management solutions
? Drive customer transaction flows and cash balances through actively customer data analytics
? Develop growth strategies and expand Citi footprint for targeted cash centric industries
? Maintain product expertise and regularly update product knowledge, work closely with Product Teams in crafting tailor-made solutions according to customers’ needs.
? Develop client proposals/presentations, perform deal structuring, negotiation (e.g. pricing and documentation) to reach completion of a deal.
? Coordinate with Implementation Team to provide after-sales support and delivery of solution against sales mandate and be accountable for customer commitment on volumes and assets.
? Work closely with Operation Team to resolve service issues and to ensure quality service delivery to customers.

Requirements :
? University graduate with banking experience in sales and/or relationship management.
? Confident, innovative, motivated, and result oriented.
? Strong communication, presentation and project management skills.
? Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
? Solid cash management product knowledge and relevant sales experience preferred.
? Fluent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
