职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
Provide assistance and support to colleagues in IT-related matters
Ensure that a high level of customer service and support is provided to all internal and external customers
Undertake small to medium-sized IT projects as instructed by the IT Manager
Implement, manage and document network servers, routers, switches, security, and any other infrastructure related equipment
Participation in the development of the Gentherm IT systems
Coordination of computer maintenance with other Information Technology professionals such as Region or Gloabal IT teams
Manage Gentherm Shenzhen network system LAN/WAN/WWAN
Manage VMWare, Backups, File server, Anti-Virus, Security and CCTV system
Ensuring security and upgrades are applied and kept up to date on desktops and laptops
Ensuring patches and upgrades are applied to core servers
Ensuring all software purchased licensing is recorded and maintained
Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops
Setting up new users and disabling expired accounts in accordance with HR requirements
Training staff and orienting them on how to use computer hardware and software systems
Maintain and support other computer peripheral devices such as printers, switches, access points, etc.
Responsible for the routine monitoring of IT Equipment.
Responsible for department HSE related job
On-call, after-hours support will be required as needed.
Manage vendor relationships as it depends on daily operational needs.
Job Requirement:
1.A bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university; five to seven (5-7) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2.Technical knowledge in PC, accessories maintenance, troubleshooting, MS Office Suite and other common desktop applications
3.Knowledge and experience in SANs, Virtual Infrastructures, power, cooling, cabling and network
4.Strong ability to speak and write in English is a must
