职位描述

Position Overview
The design manager will provide technical leadership and manage the day to day development activities. These include collaborating with key customers and carrying out feasibility studies, creating design schedule and monitoring the progresses, conducting design reviews, training and mentoring team members.

Performance Objectives

The successful candidate will:
? Manage a team of analog designers ensuring that robust designs are created and that the full validation of the designs is completed
? Provide technical and managerial lead of the team focused on development of the high performance power switch products
? Work closely with systems engineers to ensure the architectures chosen and that the implementation will meet system requirements
? Collaborate digital design team on the digital front-end design and verification
? Coach the layout designers on analog layout and carry out post-layout simulation
? Work closely with test engineers to ensure proper test coverage is achieved for production
? Define and improve design methodology and quality standards
? Build up design competence and manage team performance

Skills and Experience Required
? MSEE and 7+ years of hands-on experience in analog design
? Excellent communication and problem solving skills
? Experience in leading design team, mentoring junior analog designers and layout designers
? Proven record in developing and launching high volume analog and/or mixed signal products into production
? Familiar with advance CMOS/BCD process and high voltage devices and ESD/LU design practices
? Have practice in design for test and familiar with mixed signal IC verification methodology
? Have necessary knowledge in the backend development flow such as test engineering, product engineering, and reliability tests
? Familiar with the Cadence suite of tools for analog IC development
? Microsoft Office Suite of Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and a CAD package for schematic and layouts
