GENERAL SUMMARY:
The China eCommerce CRM Specialist is an integral member of the Gap China team, working with internal and external partners on the execution of CRM campaigns for Gap and Old Navy online platforms as well as instore integrated campaigns. The CRM Specialist reports to and works closely with the Senior Marketing Manager of eCommerce. He or she also works closely with brand marketing and store operation team, as well as external eCommerce partner to execute marketing and CRM initiatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business & Financial:
Understand business goals and requirements for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Work closely with marketing manager on CRM program executions, including VIP programs, points programs and O2O initiatives. E.g., bi-monthly VIP day plan and execution, CRM tool management, online and store integrated customer engagement programs execution.
Execution of SMS/EDM campaigns for both Gap and Old Navy brands and different channels, work closely with store and online team to meet the requirement for both channels.
Reporting:
Follow up on monthly CRM reports with external eCommerce partner.
Hind-sight of each CRM program and follow up on enhancement plan and execution.
Leadership & Employees:
Proactively seeks out opportunities to learn more about CRM knowledge. Uses knowledge to suggest new ideas and change to marketing initiatives.
ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS:
Work closely with counterpart of creative team, production and channel management, merchandising, store operation, brand marketing and external eCommerce partner.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Knowledge, skills & abilities:
1-2 years CRM or eCommerce marketing experience.
Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to accuracy and quality of work.
Ability to handle large amounts of data and multi-task
Highly detailed oriented; Self-motivated and driven. Ability to work well independently and within a group setting.
Exposure to retail, fashion and/or multi-national companies is a plus.
Knowledge and experience of CRM systems is a plus.
2) Minimum educational level:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
