GENERAL SUMMARY:
Act as the cashier of the company, support daily treasury operations and payments.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Cashier:
· SAFE box administration
· Check book administration
· Bank statements collection
· Daily balances and transactions enquiry
· Corporate reimbursement cards administration
2. Treasury
· A/C maintenance, opening/closing, changing signatories
· E-banking access application and maintenance
· Support on shareholder loan registration, drawdown registration
· Support on cash flow forecast, for actual spending part
· New store opening support negotiation and follow up for cash pick up and POS
· Support payment team to prepare the doc for use of capital/shareholder loans
· SAFE on-line reporting
· RSU (stock option) process
3. Others
· Support payment team for coordination between bank/SAFE
· Treasury administration and filing
