Duties and responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the development planning, daily maintenance and emergency treatment of public facilities or equipment (including but not limited to: water, electricity, gas, liquid, landscaping, road, plant, HVAC, firefighting etc.). Assure the public facilities or equipment meet operation requirements, and avoid the waste caused by inappropriate use.
2. Keep good communication with the government, regarding the public facilities, construction plan, environmental protection, safety etc.
3. Responsible for the management of fixed assets, such as regular cleaning, daily maintenance and scrap management etc.
4. Responsible for the management of construction in fixed assets investment project.
- Apply for construction item successfully according to company strategy.
- Liaising with architectural designing company, clarify the detail architectural requirements.
- Check the constructive plans and drawings. Make proposal on the project schedule.
-Control the progress, quality and investment, report the proceedings regularly.
-Change the schedule according to the projects; check and realize all amendments (such as drawings or plans) in constructive progress.
-Monitor the daily work of site construction and outsourcing company, manage site logistics (like plan proposal, check and realization), propose and realize optimizing suggestions timely, assure the quality of the projects.
-Assist security to monitor the carrying out of safety rules in construction progress, and give the feedback to the related department timely.
-Responsible for the acceptance work, ensure the construction been accept.
-Manage the outside engineers (including task assignment, achievement checking).
5.Finish the other works assigned by manager.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above
2.Majored in civil engineering, HVAV, electric etc.
3.More than 3 years in implementation of project work.
4.Familiar with MS Office
5.Good communication ability

岗位职责：
1. 负责公司公用设施/设备（包括但不限于： 水、电、气、液、绿化、道路、厂房、暖通、消防等常用资源）的发展规划、日常维护、紧急维修。确保公用设施/设备满足公司运营要求，并消除不当使用产生的浪费。
2. 负责公司公用设施、建设规划、环保、安全等事宜同政府部门的联络和沟通。
3. 负责公司固定资产管理： 定期清点、日常维护、报废管理等。
4. 负责公司固定资产投资项目中建筑建设的管理：
a. 根据公司规划，申请建筑建设立项并获批。
b. 同建筑设计单位保持沟通、澄清具体建筑要求。
c.审核施工方案和图纸，提交与落实详细施工进度方案。
d. 进度、质量与投资控制，定期汇报施工进展情况。
e. 按照工程更改流程，审核施工过程中的各种更改（施工图或施工方案），协调相关部门或机构落实更改。
f. 监督现场施工和外包单位的日常工作，负责施工区域的现场物流的管理；（如制定计划，检查落实等），及时提出整改意见并监督意见的落实，确保工程质量。
g. 协助安保，监督施工过程中安全制度的执行情况，及时向有关部门反馈报警。
h. 负责施工验收工作，确保通过施工验收。
i. 管理外聘工程师（分配任务，检查工作等）。
5. 负责完成主管领导安排的其他工作任务。
素质要求：
1. 大学本科或以上学历；诚信正直。
2. 工民建、暖通、电气或相关专业。
3. 3年以上项目实施工作经验。
4. 熟练操作Office等软件。
5. 良好的沟通能力。
