MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Bank accounts management, such as weekly balance report update, account status maintenance and update, signatory status update, on-line banking maintenance, etc.;
• All banking activities, e.g. payments, collections, deposits, foreign currency conversions, etc.;
• Custody of Company petty cash;
• Cash flow monthly analysis and rolling forecast;
• Foreign currency transaction registration and annual inspection, when required;
• Associates Expense Reimbursements and Payment Requisition Forms preliminary review, control and processing;
• Tracking changings on company T&E Policies;
• Documents financial transactions by day-to-day bookkeeping in Kingdee system;
• Issuance of VAT invoice where needed;
• Supporting accounting manager with fixed assets booking and management, monthly on-line tax declaration and other tax reporting, and annual compliance reporting preparation;
• Intercompany AR/AP, OR/OP reconciliation;
• Supporting accounting manager in preparation and coordination of financial audits, internal audits and other ad hoc/special audits;
• Other assignments within accounting function.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• BS Accounting Degree in Accounting or a relevant field;
• Minimum 2+ years working experience in Finance and Accounting area, ideally experience with multinational organization.

• Proficiency in written English and basic in verbal English
• Proficient knowledge in MS Office (word, excel, etc.)
• Highly detail oriented, self-disciplined, with great integrity
• Proactive and a “can-do” attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
• Sense of customer service
• A team player
