职位描述
Controls the movement of materials through the focus factory, maintain records of perpetual inventory and location information; controls and directs the flow of materials in and out of storage locations; maintains record accuracy through the performance and administration of a cycle counting routines and location verification.
?Develops performance measurements and parameters as relate to inventory regulation, product throughput, planing priorities, cost controls, housekeeping and safety measures and quality conformance.
?Controls the use of KanBan production triggers and maintains records and control of card mapping and usage. Controls buffer and regulator inventory levels and accuracy.
?Plans and schedules incoming supplies and materials as required to support the focus factory.
?Resolves non-conforming conditions as relates to material supply or quality and schedule deviations with internal and external suppliers. Performs liaison activities with vendors.
?Prepares the required reports, charts and graphs and other measurement information. Collects data and inputs information into detailed reports and planning systems. Keeps records and control documents to support factory measurements and procedures.
