2、2年以上设计工作经验
3、具有敏锐的观察、判断、创新能力
4、熟练运用工业设计相关软件，可以完成平面效果图或三维效果图
5、熟悉设计各个环节，如结构设计，模具开发，批量生产等
6、有良好的个人素养和职业道德，责任心强，能在压力下工作
7、英文良好
