岗位职责：
1、根据公司发展战略和业绩指标，制定研发中心目标并组织规划与落实；
2、负责组建和管理高绩效的团队；
3、管理团队，与销售及市场团队等进行技术沟通、交流，相互配合按时完成任务；

岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历，计算机、软件工程及相关专业毕业；
2、10年以上软硬件开发工作经验，5年以上团队开发管理经验；
3、对技术市场具有一定的敏锐度，能及时掌握市场发展动态，对公司技术发展能提供决策性的建议；
4、较强的具有良好的沟通能力、技术培训能力、协调能力和团队合作精神，善于与非技术人员进行技术问题沟通；
5、良好的英文能力
