Main responsibilities:
- New Tester equipment introduction
- Test program management
- Documentation of EOL Tester- Conception of tester set-up including HW (selection of test-equipment and test configuration)
- Complete test setup including HW (selection of test equipment and test configuration)
- Creation, implementation and verification of the Test-SW and all interfaces including test program debug
- Analysis of the testing protocols, data comparison and evaluation including summary
- Create the test reports and the complete documentation
- Assist the program management with the complete testing competence
- Tester capability/coverage improvement
- Tester HW/SW problem solving
- Testing failure analysis

Requirements:
1. Worked in factory
2. Worked for power electronics product (product of AC-CD/DC-AC convert, motor control, high voltage, high current product)电力产品
3. Strong experience to manage FCT
4. Strong experience to trouble-shooting FCT.
5. Strong experience to use testing equipment, for example, R&S, Agilent, NI device
6. Good skill of electronics
7. Know ICT
8. Know LabWindows/CVI
9. Good written and basic oral English
