跨境电商平台运营总监
岗位职责：
.1、公司高管职位，根据公司发展战略规划，运营跨境电商服务平台；
2、组织针对目标市场、竞争态势、客户需求等的相关调查，进行市场分析与评述；
3、创新性的完成以跨境电商服务平台为中心的商业模式的开发，并制定有效的盈利方案；
4、负责新的商业模式的运营规划和市场推广等方面的具体方案和实施计划；
5、负责组织和建立运营团队，并对运营团队进行业务管理、培训、考核、团队制度建设等各方面工作的安排；
6、统筹公司数据资源和品牌资源，带领团队完成公司制定的目标。

任职要求：
.1、熟悉网站营运模式和跨境电商服务平台，熟悉网上购物和销售、推广、优化、维护、更新技能知识，熟悉跨境电商服务平台的操作规范和流程；
2、熟悉跨境电子商务结构及价值链运作，准确理解产品定位，理解互联网产品运作；
3、丰富的跨境互联网网站运营管理经验，良好的市场开发及营销能力；
4、有过领导组建并管理跨境电商网站运营团队，带领团队进行网站宣传和电子商务市场推广，业务规划和开拓的经验；
5、具一定的品牌建设能力，擅长编写周密的策划方案，并能优秀表达与传递；
6、有一达通等服务平台成功运营经验者优先。
7、有国际贸易行业、跨境电商服务平台相关工作经验者优先。
