1. Monitor the operation of the department, ensure all the production tasks are performed on time;
2. Develop daily working schedule according to production plan;
3. Check the first pc（laying） of products against the spec, make sure the first pc is correct under control
4. Be responsible of monitoring all the material and raw material which in production area to be marked clearly with order number.
5. Control usage of production material, make sure the material is correctly used order by order.
6. Verify the rectified items and scrap items, avoid any wrong judgment by subordinates.
7. Monitor the team to follow the SOP strictly, voice up when SOP can’t be follow up for some special reason;
8. Check weekly plan every day and make preparation for next order.
9. Review the daily production report and check the daily production efficiency.
10. Execute the quality policy during production process. Fill NCR report when mistake happen.
11. Implementation of the 5S management in workshop, keep things in good order.
12. Any improve on production efficiency and quality;
13. Guide and train up subordinates;
14. Other tasks assigned by General Production Manager.
