职位描述
岗位职责：
1.对公司现行质量管理体系进行审核，评估，构建与企业相符的质量管理体系并持续改进。
2.实现质量计划目标，负责对各部门质量策划的实施情况进行监督检查．
4.生产和服务的质量监控，在质量控制方面指导生产部进行生产和过程控制
5.测量和监控装置管理，负责对偏离校准状态的测量、监控设备的追踪处理。
6.不合格品控制，负责对不合格品的识别，并跟踪处理结果采取相应的纠正措施。
7.数据分析和信息提供,协调公司对内、对外相关数据的传递分析、处理;指导品质部对相关的数据收集、传递、交流并提供必要的信息．
8.持续改进,负责对体系、产品持续改进的策划，当出现存在的或潜在的质量问题时提出相应的纠正和预防措施，并跟踪验证实施效果。
任职要求：
1.大专以上学历，电脑操作熟料；
2.有较好的管理、沟通、组织、协调能力，工作态度；
3.3年以上IQC相关工作经验，其中最少一年以上的IQC主管工作经验，熟悉IQC来料检验作业流程和ISO知识；
4.对手机物料标准，检验方法熟悉，精通相关检验设备的操作。
