Main duties and responsibilities:

? Establish, implement, maintain and improve quality systems and quality related systems/procedures based on decisions made by LINAK China Management and customer requirements
? Lead the company towards ISO certification
? Quality Systems representative for customer quality systems audits of LINAK China
? Oversee, implement and perform Lead Auditor duties for LINAK China’s internal audit system
? Ensure that training program is effective and compiles with all applicable guidelines
? Ensure compliance to all customer regulatory requirements based on decisions made by LINAK China Management

Required skills/experience:

? Fluent in verbal and written English
? Very structured and detail oriented with good communication and training skills
? Major in engineering, mechanical or electronic
? Certified auditor, preferable ISO9000 and/or ISO/TS16949
? Min. 3 years auditor experience as a certified Lead Auditor
? Min. 5 year Quality System experience, ISO9001-2000 or similar, from manufacturing environment
? Well developed problem solving skills
? Must be familiar with SPC, control cart implementation, PFMEA, process capability analyses etc.
? Skillful in using MS software like Excel, word, powerpoint etc.
