岗位职责：
1、负责试产与小批量工作的开展，及工厂工作需求的沟通、执行等
2、检验现场5S维护，不良品报废的判断
3、不良品报废的判定并与试产技术员一起管理成品仓库
4、负责试产与小批量的工艺验证。负责产线员工作业手法培训
5、负责新产品冶工具的维护管理
任职资格：
1、具备产品装配操作经验，对焊接非常熟练
2、较强的动手能力及学习能力
3、严谨细致的工作态度，有上进心
4、有技术创新能力，分析问题及解决问题的能力
