Social&Ethical compliance manager
Main responsibility
1. Coaching supplier to prepare all kinds of factory audit documents
2. Training supplier factory audit knowledge.
3. Pre audit supplier.
4. Contact 3rd party to follow up factory audit.
5. All the task of social compliance.
Requirement
1. Experience with BSCI, SA8000,KMART etc compliance
2. Knowledge of factory audit standards
3. Experience with factory audit training
4. Strong coaching and communication skill
5. At least 8 years relevant working experience.
6. Fluently speaking and writing in English
