1. ROLE PURPOSE

? Product development of soft toys
? Problem solving and improvement for the after shipped items
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Review PDS (Product Design Specification) and select the suitable material for soft toys.
? Design and make the prototype sample with the supplier
? Develop electronic demo board with supplier
? Fabric development from material selection, lab dip approval to MOQ release
? Make cost saving proposal to help product achieve target
? Through the prototype making, advise the potential risk ad quality problem to the HQ
? Follow up the material order status to let pilot run and 1st production on schedule.
? Monitor the quality of the product during the production
