Manager Government Affairs (Technical Lobby) 政府事务经理（技术沟通）
Corporate Division BBA-G
Division, located in Beijing/China
Employment – full time
Key Responsibility
To maintain & develop government relationship between BMW Brilliance and government to support BMW Brilliance management for sustainable development & vision fulfillment
To manage the necessary government approvals diverse investment projects of BMW Brilliance
To organize and/ or participate in key government affairs including meetings between shareholders/senior management and government officials, courteous visits, business negotiations, government-organized meetings & seminars, events, ceremonies, etc.
To apply for special subsidies regarding intelligence, projects and expats for BMW Brilliance 's interest and support government personal procurement coordination
To communicate effectively with BMW Brilliance departments and to take charge in internal normal administration & SAP operation and external plant tour arrangement
To participate in BMW Brilliance crisis management and urgent case lobbying to obtain government support immediately to resolve crisis
To update policy analysis by informing BMW Brilliance related department’s timely policy changes and collecting input from business departments for policy adjustment.
Technical Lobby & Industrial Standards:
Technical support to new investment projects approval
Apply for NEV free license
Central government’s subsidy to NEV and other new technology
Fuel consumption annual reports
Components import subsidy application from central govt.
Expand BMW’s influence in automotive Industrial standards setting
Initiate strategic cooperation project with Chinese partners such as CATARC Vehicle
Forensic authentication Institute
Business crises management
Support BBA new projects FSR/ECA/EIA approval from central level
The position is to develop and deliver the technical training courses for New Energy Vehicles so that we can ensure the best after sales service quality in terms of technical operation in ZINORO and New Energy Vehicle dealers
Responsible for technical training development for ZINORO project
In charge of technical training delivery of ZINORO courses
Cooperation with ZINORO department and after sales department to collect training needs, technical issues and continually update the technical training course to ensure dealer service quality
Keep close contact with ZINORO dealers and monitor their training needs, ensure their technicians working according to training contents
Coordinate inside training academy for ZINORO sales/marketing and Aftersales as an interface
Regular BMW technical training delivery
New model BMW technical training delivery (focus on NEV models)
Qualification
Skills with PC experience, MS Office working knowledge
Be familiar with Chinese government organizational structure and system
Professional manner with international experience - multinational and/or auto industry work experience ideal
Strong sense of team work spirit and self-motivated
Good adaptability and communication skill
Very good English and Chinese written and verbal language skills
Experience in government affairs relevant
Background in government or in auto industry would be good plus
