Corporate Division Marketing

Employment – full time

Key Responsibility

1. Media Strategy
   -Champion the BMW Media yearly strategy, planning and buying and supervise the media team including advertising and advertorials as well as media agency.
   -Lead the quarterly media review with comprehensive study on BMW and competitors.
   -Develop special Media strategies (e.g. for BBA product, financial service) and ensure highest possible Media efficiency as well as sufficient share of voice for BBA product.


2. Media Planning and tactics
   -With clear briefing on campaign media strategy, supervise the external agency on media optimization and budget allocation.
   -To ensure the execution and monitoring on time.
   -Well alignments between classic media buying, digital and content marketing.


3. Retail Media Supervision
   -Work closely with regional office to manage dealer media pool.
   -To enhance region-related media management including billboard, local radio and print media.
   -Provide media training for regions and dealers.


4. Budgets & Other
   -Supervise, plan and control the Media budget and spending.
   -Assure that all projects are completed within allocated resourced budget parameters.
   -Assure the working process, KPI, evaluations are strict and professional.


5. Other tasks assigned by line manager

Qualification

• Bachelor or above degree in marketing or business management;


• Good knowledge of automobiles and related premium brand industries


• Excellent English and Chinese communication skill


• Willingness to travel


• Over7 year's professional experience in in-house marketing department or media agencies
