Advanced Specialist Warranty Claim Processing 资深保修专员

Employment – full time

Key Responsibility
- Execute all warranty related documentation and Assistance in advising dealers on warranty related issues.
- Processing dealers warranty claim, weekly credit.
- Handling warranty related inquiries and solving discrepancies from dealers efficiently and effectively.
- Issue of warranty/goodwill authorizations as required.
- Enhance communication with AG colleagues and Technical support to decrease failure rate of warranty claim.
- Assist in steering of recall campaign, full information package to dealers before public announcement.
- Collaborate with IT Dept. for system improvement, issue new CR, function design confirmation and UAT support.
- Monitor system problem and report to IT to get solution and ensure claim processing smoothly.
- Coordinate with Finance & IT for payment automation efficiency to ensure payment release timely.
- Update warranty basic and advanced training material timely and set test for Certification .
- Coordinate with Training Academy for warranty course & certification plan.
- Carry out warranty basic and advanced training for dealer warranty staff.
- Reduce unnecessary warranty repairs in dealership
- Carry out warranty audits on-site of dealership as planned.
- Organize warranty conference
- Other tasks assigned by line managers

Qualification
- Bachelor and/or above degree with major in Vehicle Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5-year working experience in automotive aftersales, product quality, supplier quality assurance, etc. Work experience within Multi-national company preferable.
- Fluent in English both oral & written;
- Good communications skills;
- Hands-on Automotive knowledge;
- Extensive workshop repair experiences
- Self-motivation and team work spirit
- Familiar with SAP and Microsoft programs (WinWord, Excel, PowerPoint and project)
- Business and customer oriented.
