Position: Advanced Specialist Training Business Analysis
Division: Training Academy
Location: Beijing

Responsibilities:
- Dealer training target design and management, tracking the dealer target fulfillment status and report the result on regular base.
- Analyze business data and provide training target forecast.
- Monitor and analyze training KPIs to provide cause analysis & action plan.
- Design and prepare comprehensive training reports.
- Develop and maintain training reporting system with local vendor.
- Other tasks assigned by line managers.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor and/or above degree with major in HR, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Hands on full life cycle training business management experience, preferred in multi-national company.

- Rich knowledge of the Automotive Retail Business and HR management.
- Highly analytical with good planning, presetation and organizing skills.
- Solid project management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiar with SAP, MS Office and analysis software/tools
- Proficient English in both English and Chines
- Able to work in an international working environment.
- Logical thinker and creative problem solver.

- Business and customer oriented

- Able to develop positive working relationships quickly
- Able to work under pressure.
- Good team player.
