Employment – full time




Key Responsibility




Provides administrative support to Recruiting and HR Operation team which including HR Information system data input, data verification

Provide fully support to recruiting team and HR Business Partner team on daily work which including interview arrangement, team meeting organization, new associate on-boarding, labour contract preparation and signature

Works as key contact person for candidates' physical check registration, physical check report collection and confirmation with plant doctor

Accountable for accurate and time execution of data input and validation in HRIS which including all CV information of potential candidates

Online check of candidates' education background verification

In charge of daily consultancy on HR policies and operation processes

Responsible for telephone interview for intern and other entry level position's recruitment

Other tasks assigned by line manager





Qualification




Bachelor degree majored in Human Resource, Business Management or Economics

At least 2 years relevant experience in human resources or administration, multi-national company experience preferred

Good communication and interpersonal skill

Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word

Service oriented and attention to details

Ability to work under pressure and to handle multi-task
