Position: Advanced Specialist Dealer HR Consulting 资深经销商人才顾问

Location: Beijing

Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for planning and implementation consultancy support to dealer/dealer groups on retail HR programs.


• To build up and maintain close relationship with dealer group/dealer HR functions to continuously identify needs of HR support and collect input/feedbacks.


• To continuously monitor the effectiveness of HR consultancy programs by collecting input and feedback from business departments, regions and dealers on regular basis.


• To be interface and coordinator with key business partners, e.g. Dealer Development, Regions, to communicate/feedback retail HR consulting programs and collect input and feedbacks to achieve internal alignment.


• To be responsible for outsourcing process and quality management for external consultants/trainers related to HR programs.


• To support implementation of management training and recruitment support.


• Other tasks assigned within the scope of Retail HR.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor and above degree with major in HR, Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or equivalent.


• Extensive working experience in car retail business, business administration, training or HR consultancy


• Solid project management in multi-national company.


• With the knowledge of the Automotive Retail Business.


• With the knowledge of HR management.


• Ability to work in an international working environment.


• Excellent communicator with ability to develop positive working relationships quickly.


• Highly analytical with good planning and organizing skills.


• Logical thinker and creative problem solver.


• Business and result oriented.


• Good command in English language
