Corporate Division: Training Academy
Working Location: Beijing
Position Title: Advanced Specialist Management Training 资深管理培训专员

Key Responsibilities:
- To collect input from business departments and dealers regarding management training programs on regular basis.
- To plan and streamline management training programs by incorporating the inputs from business departments and dealers.
- To ensure the logical linkage between assessment/selection and management training programs.
- To ensure the logical linkage between management training programs and manager certification as well as other retention programs.
- To support the Manager in budget planning and monitoring related to management training .
- To lead and manage programs.
- To steer and involve in training content development, training needs analysis and collect and summarize inputs and feedbacks. Also to conduct training courses when necessary.
- To carry out the supplier/vendor selection, contracting and monitoring.
- To manage trainer selection, development and annual assessment to ensure trainers' qualification level
- Other tasks assigned by line managers.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor and above degree with major in Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or equivalent.
- With working experience in car retail business, business administration, training or HR consultancy
- Hands on full life cycle project management experience in multi-nation company.
- Extensive knowledge in Automotive Retail Business and HR management.
- Ability to work in an international working environment.
- Excellent communicator with ability to develop positive working relationships quickly.
- Highly analytical with good planning and organizing skills.
- Logical thinker and creative problem solver.
- Business oriented.
- Good command in English language.
