Advanced Specialist Aftersales Project Management

Employment – full time

Key Responsibility

- Lead and deliver effective project management in after sales area.

- Manage, perform and track the projects plan, scope, budget and milestones.

- Define and control all project deliverables for all relevant parities in different project phases.

- Monitor / advice regarding resource utilization and alignment with project needs.

- Plan in / or support Quality Assurance reviews with QAP.

- Analyze the business issue/ process in after sales area and provide the solution to users.

- Communicate and coordinate with the users for the better understanding of the system and the processes.

- Steering and manage supplier to delivery project management service with high quality, and also work in international environment to achieve the project target.

Qualification:

- 1-3 years of experience in complex IT project work in an international environment

- 8+ years professional experience with a minimum of 5 years of SAP product application / implementation experience

- Advanced for degree in computer science

- Project Management (steering more than 5 people in matrix organization)

- SAP SD, WM module with FICO knowledge

- Broad basis of technical qualifications especially SAP standard functions

- Outstanding communication and Fluency in English

- Ideally, you already acted as a project manager being solely responsible for the delivery of IT systems in a SAP services area

- AND project management experience in smaller scale projects, plus ability to manage larger scale projects

- General auto technical background, warranty process experience is plus

- Focus on customer

- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, presentation skill
