Team Assistant (Marketing) 部门助理（市场）– 北京

Employment – full time

Tasks

Key Responsibility

- Checking, monitoring and preparing the document, working files related to the Marketing department head

- Supporting and provides assistance to Marketing department head and all members in the Marketing team

- Managing the Marketing Head's schedule, determining priorities in terms of objectives

- Evaluating which random demands require the involvement of the Marketing Head and then to facilitate this

- Initiating the distribution of information to relevant managers, facilitating the execution of tasks, thus improving overall operating efficiencies

- Operate, maintain and control an effective "follow-up" system, essential in terms of what is required in order to meet the various deadlines of Manager

- Full responsibility for organizing team meetings, preparation and distribution of the agenda, writing and circulating minutes, follow-up and filing

- Responsible for the enforcement of company policy in terms of procedures including travel, expense claims, personnel changes and appointments, etc.

- Responsible for controlling signatures, taking policy into account, urgency and forwarding of documents

- Handling external enquiries related to various issues

Qualification

- Bachelor degree or above, experienced in automotive industry is preferable

- Minimum of 2 years assistant experience in a multi-national company, experienced in sales & marketing department is a strong plus

- Excellent English skills in both oral and written

- Good computer skills with MS Office tools

- Organized, detailed and service oriented

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good team player
