Tasks

Financial steering of Cost of Retail, target setting based on management decision and monitoring.

Key Responsibility

- Yearly Budget Planning and Long Range Plan

- Guiding the reporting and planning processes, including the preparation of Actual, Budget, Forecast

- Supervision and steering of controlling tasks, such as controlling of Overheads, investment, headcount, personnel costs, especially in Retail cost function: Sales allowance and Bonus

- Communicate and cooperate with our business partners in order to drive business results

- Execute the company policy in daily financial control, such as Overhead, Marketing, Sales Allowance, HC, Investment, Company Car, etc. Management

- Budgeting, forecast and actual consolidation and analysis, prepare monthly budget & actual Spending comparison report

- Control the purchase process (expenses, investment) in Beijing according to guideline principles (PR/PO reimbursement release process), paper claim report check

- Cooperate with financial accounting departments for monthly, yearly closing(Provision & Offset)

- Sales Allowance Dealer payment tracing, by month, this is an important way to get real feedback to management about total BMW support to each dealer, payment status, and finally it can give strong support to dealer profitability analysis

- Deliver Controlling Orientation to Regions, to build up a good foundation of understanding company policy and behaving themselves

- Deliver the trainings to Dealers (GM/Financial Managers), help them to have a clear information about BMW finance and the working relationship

- Implement the top down saving target to each controlled department, especially during the Budget planning period, controller can help to define how much target can be set up for regions, and where the potential is

- Control on Central Sales Allowance program tracing: responsible for each series car promotion programs, to have a overview of each series car, and have an analysis of each product line, better to specify the cost and Cost of Retail into more detailed series level

- Control on Central Regular Sales Allowance programs: such as Demo car, used car ,Fleet, Media purchase, Depreciation, Celebrity program, each responsible controller have a central view on the specific area

- Control on Regional SA: new program financial evaluation before launch, program payment summary after execution, checking for regional program payment, get approval of the final payment, deliver the result in monthly SIV report.

- Control on Regional Marketing: project brief, budget planned, vendor quotations, internal PR/PO/PRIE apply, after checking, release payment. Also, for the regional event, whether it is a reasonable expense level

- Cooperation with SF for WS/RT control: for daily operation WS release tracing, and RT support for verifying and confirming payment, also align the inter-company account amount for this kind of connected transaction. Provision for monthly close

- Air ticket random checking for monthly payment to HRG, to insure HRG follow the company travel guideline and policy, buildup good relationship with outskirt partners to close special requirements

Qualification

- University Degree in/ master Business Administration

- Experience in finance or accounting field

- Working in a multinational company is preferred

- Budget control working experience in Sales and Marketing is a plus

- Rich in accounting, CPA, ACCA and AICPA preferred

- Common sense in automotive industry

- Logical thinking

- Strong sense of responsibility

- Self-motive and well-organized, detail oriented

- Proficient English, German would be an advantage

- Work under pressure when assigned heavy tasks
