高级零件服务专员 Senior Specialist Parts Service
Responsibilities:
Dealer enquiries handling
- Provide effective and comprehensive feedback on dealer enquiries.
Order processing
- Process order entry: coded parts, initial stock, ICS/OCS
- Handle identity control ordering
- Goods receive posting in GIS for 3rd party delivery
- Co-ordinate with service provider for inbound / outbound delivery
- Handle parts ordering based on Puma case and liaise with technical hotline
- Campaigns & marketing promotion items ordering and delivery follow-up
- Review dealer credit limit
- Incomplete order monitoring
- Dummy order checking and co-ordination for parts / plant maintenance
- Order change update trigger by BMW AG
- Monitor dealer sales order backlogs by open sales order monitoring report
- Co-ordinate and expedite deliveries from BMW AG
- Internal sales order processing
- Media CD arrangement and delivery
- Service factory parts handling
Updating dealers on delivery status
- Monitor BMW AG open purchase order by order confirmation report and inform dealers regular on delivery information for parts in backlog in BMW AG
- Consolidate various forwarder delivery status reports and provide to dealers
Dealer coaching on parts ordering (e.g. new dealers)
- Provide coaching and explanations to dealers via phone or e-mail, if dealers did not follow properly the ordering process.
- Explain supply chain or ordering process, if requested by dealer
- Provide coaching on order tracking and tracing, if required
Administration tasks
- Update dealer customer profile regularly
- Issue engine certificate request by dealer
- Reporting
Dealer order pattern monitoring
- Review weekly order ratio for VOR, rush and stock orders according to agreed ratios
- Calculate handling charge to dealers in case of exceeding order ratio
- Analyze order pattern of dealers on monthly basis and highlight findings to dealers
Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree with major in Business Administration/Logistics or related area.
- At least 4 years experience in customer service with logistics background, automotive industry working experience preferred.
- English and Chinese business fluent
- IT knowledge (MS Office, SAP R/3, Warehouse Management)
- Detailed and accurate
