Major Responsibilities:

- Closely work (workshop, presentation, policy design) with business departments to steer and manage the related business targets

- According to business requirement, closely work with customer research agency to conduct customer research (including but limited to get customer feedback regarding BMW Aftersales performance) and market intelligence research (including but limited to competitors and other industry best practice)

- Study design, daily communication with external agency and internal stakeholders, workshop organization, reporting, and presentation.

- Other tasks assigned by line managers.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent.

- Extensive market research working experience in professional customer/market research agency preferred.

- Hands-on consumer related research experience.

- Knowledgeable and passinate in Automotive industry.

- Good at project management.

- With explore in multinational culture working environment is preferred.

- Good team work spirit and communication skills

- Skilled application in MS office, data analysis and presentation.

- Proficient English both in oral and written

- Can work productively under high pressure.

- Business and customer oriented.

- Maintain a positive outlook at work.

- Open-minded and passion on learning.
