Advanced Specialist Internal Communication

Tasks

This position is designed first of all as support to the project of "Journey to Excellence", which will be a very important program, with support of consulting companies in Germany, to improve both efficiency and process of BBA, and will be rolled out to all BBA related departments in years to come. With expansion of biz, internal communication needs to be strengthened for better alignment with Plant Communication, with other departments within company, and other BMW entities in China

Key Responsibility

- Support manager of Corporate Internal Communication on the Project "Journey to Excellence", a project focus on improvement of process and efficiency of BMW-Brilliance, including planning, steering, KPI and target, Project implementation, coordination with Boston Consulting for program roll out within whole BMW-Brilliance, and meetings and status updates/management report, etc

- Internal communication management including developing/improving internal communication tools to strengthen internal information exchange and transparency and helping in speech/backgrounder preparation for internal events with help of leading departments, etc

- Alignment with BMW-Brilliance Plant Communication, HR/BMW China Corporate PR, ZINORO, e.g., fully utilizing existing communication tools exchange and distribute information within BMW-Brilliance and with other BMW entities in China, message alignment for internal events

- Support other corporate projects/activities

Qualification

- University degree / graduated in Business management

- 3 years working experiences in PR

- Experience with internal communication

- Several years experience in in-house position

- Knowledge of China automotive industry

- Knowledge on the Chinese automotive media landscape and network

- Knowledge on how to deal with JV manufacturing companies in China

- Open-minded, ambitious and professional, strategic-thinking

- Team-spirit driven

- Proficient English, German would be an advantage

- Skilled intercultural communications
