Team Assistant
Corporate Division Corporate, Special & Used Car Sales
Division, located in Beijing/China
Employment – full time

Key Responsibility

• Check, monitor and prepare the document, working files related to the Department Head
• Support and provide assistance to Department Head and all members in the team
• Manage the Department Head's schedule, determine priorities in terms of objectives
• Evaluate which random demands require the involvement of the head and then to facilitate this
• Initiate the distribution of information to relevant managers, facilitate the execution of tasks, thus improve overall operating efficiencies
• Operate, maintain and control an effective "follow-up" system, essential in terms of what is required in order to meet the various deadlines of Department Head
• Full responsibility for organizing team meetings, preparation and distribution of the agenda, writing and circulating minutes, follow-up and filing
• Responsible for the enforcement of company policy in terms of procedures including travel, expense claims, personnel changes and appointments, etc.
• Responsible for controlling signatures, taking policy into account, urgency and forwarding of documents
• Handling external enquiries related to various issues.
• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Qualification

• Bachelor degree
• Minimum of 2 years assistant experience in a multi-national company
• Organized, detailed and service oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good team player
• Good computer skills with MS Office tools
• Excellent English skills in both oral and written
• Proficient German skills in both oral and written will be plus
