Responsibilities:

- Service capacity planning, following and implementation on dealer aftersales area. Coordinate with sales channel development for all issues in aftersales.
- Develop an action plan for open issues together with project manager.
- Advise and support the dealer management on the optimize layout and facility, equipment for the Aftersales business area in dealership.
- Coordinate within aftersales for BMW service standard implementation in dealership.
- Setting new dealership and supporting existing dealership on the hardware of aftersales business area.
- Other tasks assigned by line managers.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree and above major in Automotive, Economics or equivalent,
- Extensive knowledge of the automotive retail business.
- Sound, consolidated knowledge of dealer service activities.
- Product knowledge of workshop equipment for service & repair operation.
- Technical knowledge of BMW vehicle technology preferred.
- Good English language skills, both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication with ability to develop positive working relationship in quick.
- Good experience in IT-Knowledge (e.g. MS Office, outlook, Excel).
- Self confident, inspiring and convincing.
- Logical thinker, analytical with good planning and organizing skills.
- High level of conflict management skills and creative problem solver .
- Coaching Skills / Training abilities.
- Target oriented and persistent.
