职位描述：
1.完成公司下达的工作目标
2.拟定工作计划并执行
3.开发以及维护销售渠道，建立和维护比竞争对手更好的客户关系，及时、准确地获取竞争信息
4.拜访客户，向客户介绍公司及各种产品、服务，协调公司各种资源全面了解客户的商务、技术、服务、成本、交货等方面的要求，并验证客户需求
5.协调、利用公司各种资源开发满足客户各种需求的解决方案，包括交货期，技术和成本等
6.启动并协调和督促生产和服务团队的计划执行，使客户的问题得到及时解决，确保客户满意度
7.在验收、保修期、收款过程中解决非技术问题
8.主动、积极、敏感地关注客户的问题，能够对问题进行分析并合理协调内部资源解决问题；对于复杂问题，能进行初步分析，后主动、及时向主管报告；并执行已批准的策略与计划
岗位要求：
1.电子工程或相关专业，本科及以上学历
2.二年以上工作经验，具有电子制造业工作经验或销售经验者尤佳
3.优秀的内外部沟通能力
4.能适应经常出差
5.好的团队合作精神
6.良好的英文听说读写能力
