职位描述
Responsibility:
1. Work with the Senior Management within the team to streamline and continually improve service to internal customers mostly around Product Pricing and Profitability measurements, metrics, dashboards and reporting initiatives
2. Performs a variety of complex financial and technical tasks including collecting, digging, analyzing and summarizing data which requires well knowledge of SQL and MS Excel
3. Collect the profitability reports from various lines of businesses and compile a consolidated report along with summaries, graphs and key insights that can aid the management in decision making
4. Continuously and proactively develop reports to support the BI Executives, CFO, the Executive Committee leadership and the CEO's office with high degree of attention to detail and accuracy. Come up with new ideas, initiatives, miscellaneous, ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting to improve understanding of both business and optimizing of profitability
5. Support the new product profitability initiatives that will include pulling data from databases, running basic reports and interacting with external vendor on a limited basis and within the supervision and guidance of the respective manager
6. Produce various scorecard reports, update all trend files and product P&Ls, create reports (using pre-existing templates where available) for review by various product to managers and line of business
7. Coordinate and interface with Sales / Marketing/ Risk and IT for enhancements to the above processes and related systems
Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s or Major Degree in Mathematics, Statistical science, or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance Engineering and Accounting with Major Degree in Mathematics or Statistical science
2. 2-3 year experience in financial institution
3. Experience in management reporting or analysis strongly preferred
4. Preferred 2-3 years previous experience as an Analyst preferably in a financial institution
5. Well Understanding of Profit & Loss statements
6. Solid understanding of business and business systems analysis
7. Competent use of SQL, Microsoft Office applications to include Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word,
8. Possible requirement for travel within the China
9. Self-thinker able to work through issues and escalate only when appropriate
10. Well English Knowledge is required.
