Advanced Specialist Customer Care Quality Assurance

Employment – full time

Key Responsibility

- Act as the interface of Customer Care team in dealing with budget related topics with internal teams.

- Steering and support on budget related topics.

- Monthly monitor budget achievement status and prepare analysis report, executive summary presentations

- Improve business budget management by providing trainings, optimizing business process and developing management template

- Ad Hoc analysis and reporting as required by management

- IT change request for Budgeting/utilization related topics

- Other tasks assigned by line manager

Qualification

- University degree in Finance/ Accounting or equivalent.

- Minimum 5-year experience in area of budgeting, finance or pricing in multi-national company

- Knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles

- Proficiency with statistics and analysis tools

- Excellent reporting and presentation skills

- Experience with SAP

- English business fluent

- Strategic thinker

- Self motivated, results driven and strong attention to details
