Performance Chemicals will be a new, leading industrial chemical company apart from its current parent company, DuPont, effective July, 2015. Performance Chemicals will have global leadership in titanium dioxide, fluorochemicals, fluoropolymers and selected specialty and industrial chemicals. It will be focused on serving customers who rely on these products, along with improved capability to respond to customer needs and market trends with a highly competitive asset base, product line and workforce. Performance Chemicals will have a presence in 36 countries and will serve customers in more than 90 countries around the world. The new company will supply customers from 38 manufacturing locations, which span every region of the world. The result will be a new company with the assets and presence to support the continued global operation of our businesses and to serve customers around the world.

Title: Fleet & Logistics Planner
SBU: DuPont Chemicals & Fluoroproducts
Reports to: Regional Supply Chain Manager, Fchem, AP
Location: DCH, Shanghai

Responsibilities:

This role serves as a coordinator of the iso container fleet and logistic that supports the Fluoroproducts and PVFM businesses. The Fluoroproducts/PVFM regional Iso-container coordinator is responsible for managing the iso container and chassis fleet sizing/availability, maintenance/testing/cleaning, and safe/efficient/cost effective movements in/out of Asia Pacific. This role will report to Regional Supply Chain Manager, Fluorochemicals and work closely with the Global Iso Coordinator and other regional Iso Coordinators. Daily work requires working closely with carriers, plants, depots, supply chains, customer service, S&L, freight forwarders, and other regions.
？ Coordinate and arrange the movement and repositioning of iso container and chassis equipment within the Asia (includes preparation and communication of booking requests, ship/arrival schedules and shipping documents).
？ Based on ISO availability to assign ISO to be loaded at supplier site.
？ Monitor open orders and forecast vs iso container availability, communicate and resolve discrepancies and gaps related to iso container availability and movements quickly and effectively as they arise
？ Ensure iso container and chassis testing and inspection requirements are satisfied (includes submitting and managing redelivery requests )
？ Ensure ISO imported to China shall be re-exported within 6 months, if there is issue with ISO re-export before the deadline, one time of extension of 3 months is required and proper actions shall be taken to make the ISO shipping within the extended 3 months.
？ Track and trace Asia iso container movements, maintain and update the Fluorochemicals planning file and Global database that records iso container fleet equipment and trip data.
？ Coordinate with forwarder/carrier to ship goods out smoothly.
？ Provide input for carrier/forwarder/depot performance to S&L for regular performance review.？
？ Develop, maintain and Analyze various reports and metrics to monitor and communicate iso container status/availability, shipping/testing schedules, cycle times, and utilization
？ Lead improvement projects to meet changing and new business requirements, increase fleet utilization, optimize cycle times, minimize costs, and improve overall process efficiency
？ Actively participate in global sourcing, iso container, order fulfillment, change to business, and scheduling meetings and networks

Qualifications:
？ Bachelor degree.
？ At least 3 years' relevant working experience.
？ Strong organization, planning, and scheduling skills
？ Demonstrated ability to analyze, evaluate, and interpret information/data to make decisions and solve problems
？ Track record of high quality of work, personal confidence
？ Good knowledge of SAP & BW
？ Good knowledge of export transaction
？ Basic knowledge of logistics and hazardous materials handling
？ Supply Chain knowledge is a plus
？ Strong communication capability in both English and Mandarin
？ Strong in data analysis
？ Good computer skills, especially with Excel spreadsheet
？ Proactive, a good team player, and willing to learn and take extra responsibility
？ Preferably with SAP R/3 STC and/ or RTP key user experience
