职位描述

Job Description:

1. Develop, implement and deliver internal capability building curriculum within Region Asia
- Take leadership for selected global initiatives and ensure program conceptualization design by including key stakeholders in the organization
- Implement train-the-trainer concept (train peers and line managers) and deliver training programs on local (Asian countries) and regional level
- Participate in selected global initiatives aimed to enhance strategically relevant competencies in the organization and to build up a high performance workforce: supports program design and ensures rollout in the region
- Promote internal training curriculum within the Region: explain objectives, learnings, benefits and training nomination procedure
- Implement trainings from defined global portfolio following the SMD strategy in Region Asia, e.g. license to hire concept

2.Design, implement and follow up on change management activities in Region Asia
- Prepare, run and follow up on Mindset, Behavior & Capability building diagnosis following up a CPS initiatives in the Region Asia
- Consult and support local business units in the change process (i.e. organizational changes, acquisitions, etc.): run change workshops & systematically follow up with internal consulting of teams in the change process
- Deliver Change Management training in the assigned Region by following a globally aligned schedule

3. Translate organizational needs into learning initiatives in Region Asia
- Effectively translate requirements resulting from the regional and local Talent Management process into learning activities: summarize and analyze capability needs, translate into internal or external training initiatives
- Effectively manage interface to HR consultants to translate development needs resulting from the annual performance dialogue into development initiatives
- Consult Regional Talent Manager and line managers on development of initiatives for local and regional talents
- Develop learning map for local employees by embedding these into overall global strategy and by following the global learning policy

4. Develop training catalogue for externally delivered programs in each country in Region Asia
- Analyze and select local training initiatives to be included into the local training catalogue by following results from organizational need analysis
- Closely cooperate with local HR consultants to identify best providers in the market

5.Organize and administer Academy programs in Region Asia
- Organize rollout of Clariant Academy training programs in the assigned countries and the region (send out invitations, organize training facility, follow up on feedback, etc.)

Requirements:

1. Academic Education in Business Economics or Psychology
2. 6-8 years work experience thereof 3 years’ experience in organizational development or learning (e.g. training delivery & facilitation, delivery of lean sigma training programs, etc.)
3. Excellent English Language skills, Mandarin, further regional languages a plus
4. Experience in working in a multinational company / on international level would be a preference
5. Possess sound organizational understanding: Connect with the organization, understand organizational and individual development needs and translate into effective measures in line with business strategy
6. Ability to see the big picture: identify impactful measures and keep focused in the execution by consistently following defined priorities
7. Ability to effectively handle multiple interfaces while keeping on track with executing on defined initiatives
8. Ability to address problems and issues in a systematic and structured fashion as well as the ability to analyze complex situations from different points of view
9. Self-motivated, results-oriented and an effective solutions driven approach with strong execution skills
10. Strong influencing and communication skills
