POSITION SUMMARY
This position will support recruiting Direct Labor workforce (Technician & Operator ) for SanDisk Shanghai plant.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinator with business unit for HC confirmation and allocation;
- Work as the bridge between internal hiring team and external labor agency to accomplish hiring target;
- Manage the whole DL recruiting cycle end to end including HC approval, candidate sourcing, interview arrangement, offer processing and new hire onboarding;
- Labor source and recruiting channel management & development;
- Recruiting data consolidation and analysis;
- Work as recruitment partner to business team for hiring solution from market view.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree with 3-5 years HR related experience;
- We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and develop career in HR Staffing/Recruiting area. Relevant training for recruiting process, recruiting tool and SOP will be provided to the successful candidate;
- Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin;
- The suitable candidate should have positive and can-do attitude, detail and result oriented;
- Proactive and can be working under high pressure;
- Have ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment. Self-motivated and self-directed;
- Demonstrated ability to work well with people, and be willing to work with internal and external teams;
- Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems. Ability to drive multi-tasks to meet deadlines.
