Responsibilities:

1. Compliance with GIFI's operation standard
2. Procurement management
3. Utilization management of IT system
4. Vendor management
5. Maintain good relationship with both factories and customers.
6. Management reporting
7.Warehouse staff and workers training
8. In charge of establishing /maintaining warehouse SOP
9. Operation support in the station
10. Warehouse organization management
11. Assistant other projects if any
12. Follow other cases from management if any

Requirements:

Education Level: College +
Language: Good command of spoken and written English
Minimum Experience: 5Years +
Field of Experience: Experiences in warehousing/ logistics/SCM.

Computer Skills: Good ability of computer literacy and office software
Others: International mindset
Self Managed & Result Driven
Good communication and organization skills
Willing to work under pressure
