Responsibility

1. First level technical support for motion control applications in GCSA region related to Nucleo/XNucleo Program
2. Work with division and Central Lab in providing on-site solutions and customer request
3. Dedicated technical support for Motion/Motor Control for Mass Market customers.
4. Co-work with online marketing, technical marketing and mass market business development in supporting customers online request as well as resolve any technical issues.
5. Impart technical knowdge by promotion and technical trainings
6. Coordinate application issues in system level.
7. Evaluate new demoboard and modify based on customer's requirement.


Requirements
- Master / BS degree in electrical engineering;
-Strong experience in embedded application systems, microcontrollers, firmware development (C language);
-System level debug experience (both Hardware and Software)
-Technical analysis skills, Problem Solving
-Oral and written proficiency in English
-Good relationship skills : customer support readiness, ability to work in an international environment to communicate with divisional AE team to synchronize device support

Transversal knowledge of:
Motor Control application, power electronics ;
Analog circuits
Wired / wireless communication and protocols
Technical understanding of hardware and software architectures.
