Job Description

- To develop business with customers by improving ST image thru promoting its Technical strength & capabilities especially in its Power technologies, product range & innovation.
- Technical Marketing Role in charge of Power IC for DC/DC, Display, LDO, Computer
-Build up customer TAM/SAM gap analysis and mid - long term business plan for customer.
- Be responsible for specific lines/segments new products identification, planning, technical marketing of power discrete product.
- To provide customers, through Sales & Marketing organizations, with technical marketing driving forces focusing on Major Applications under responsibility, as a decisive contribution to increase ST market share.
- To define and submit strategy to be applied on related application (New products need, products road map, customer to focus, IP's need, technical support to be deployed) and drive technical support to sales/customers, control technical team workload and project completion versus plan.
- To analyze ST position, define key applications to focus on, technical support necessary to succeed (Customers to target, new products to develop, technical support to deploy), specify Technical support priorities and measure new billing generated.
- Maintain and enhance business relationship with the customer , gather product and customer requirements, working closely with Application labs, Engineering teams, sales.

Requirements:

- More than 5 years working experiences in Power design and marketing
- MSEE or equivalent
- Strong and solid knowledge on Power product (LDO, DCDC)
- Technical background (R&D or FAE) in power
- Strong Leadership
- Strong Marketing and Business acumen
- Proactive
- Fluent in written and spoken English
