Responsibilities:
1. Maintain the documents and drawings in the Document Control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.
2. To ensure that all corporate documents are well checked and submitted on time prior to the documents submission due date.
3. Generate the various document control reports as required.
4. To perform regular audit on corporate documents in order to ensure that all documents are properly archived with standard quality.
5. File validation and document controlling, to make sure before submitting a document, a document or file must firstly be checked and approved.
6. Effectively follow the company’s standard operating procedures in submission of documents.
7. Manage the change process of the documents, to make sure the compliance of quality system.
8. Participate in the continuous improvement project on document control.

Requirements:
1. College degree or above
2. At least 3 years’ document control experience with a good understanding of quality system requirement on ISO9001 or ISO13485, etc.
3. Familiar with MS office, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
4. Ability to keep clear and accurate records and reports.
5. Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
6. Independent and self-motivated achiever.
