Objective: The Quality Director will oversee quality systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and alignment of the overall strategy of the Access business.

Responsibilities: ？
1. Assure quality of products and services through product life-cycle from product development through to mass production.
2. Assure compliance with all client and ISO standards and applicable device regulations.
3. Mentor start-ups on the appropriate metrics and actions to ensure operational excellence & product launch success.
4. Assure effective tracking of operational performance.
5. Manage relationships with regulatory and standard-setting bodies.
6. Develop, implement and maintain policies relative to product reliability and ensure positive and timely customer communication is maintained.
7. Responsible for Product Launch Delivery, managing pilot run performance, control green light for mass production.
8. Responsible for RMA process management, drive suppliers to improve turnaround time and drive continuous improvement.
9. Manage key suppliers to fulfill the requirements at both Quality and On-Time Delivery.

Requirements:
1. Minimum 10 years’ experience working in quality assurance and regulatory compliance background in the field of consumer electronics
2. Detailed-oriented, hard-working and with high integrity and can-do attitude;
3. Strong leadership and mentoring skills and experience of client facing communications, setting expectations on quality deliverables, KPI’s and resolution of quality issues.
4. Excited to work with Start-Ups.
5. Excellent team player and with good interpersonal skill;
6. Success as a Change agent and experience embedding a quality focus and culture across the whole organization
7. Good Communication Skills, both English and Chinese;
8. Ability to work independently, communicate effectively with teammates;
9. Able to work effectively in a multiple project environment;
10. Able to work in a fast paced environment where priorities can change at short notice.
11. Success in the design and management of world-wide product launches.
12. Global perspective and international experience, including the ability to work effectively across a complex global footprint.
