Purpose of the job:

新自动化设备和治具安装调试。
New automatic equipment and fixture assemble and debugging.

KEY TASKS:

l 负责电气接线安装和设备调试；
Be responsible for machine/fixture electric wiring and debugging.

2 根据自动化设备需求，会设计简单的电气、气动和电子电路，编写简单的PLC程序和触摸屏界面；
Design simple electric circuit and air flowing map for automation machine, skill in PLC and terminal Touch screen programming.

3 服从部门的工作安排。
Comply with working arrangement from department.

Qualifications:

l 大专以上学历，电气或自动化相关专业，有电工证佳；
Junior college or above in mechanical and electric automationelectric certificate is perferred.

2 熟悉常用步进、伺服和变频器的参数设置，能正确接线和调试；
Familiar with step motor, servo motor use, experince in wiring, parameter setting and debugging.

3 懂常用PLC和触摸屏的编写(Mitsubishi、Panasonic、Omron、Wenview、Proface等)，
能编写简单的PLC程序和触摸屏界面；
Able to programming with Mitsubishi，Panasonic and Omron PLC, Programming for Wenview, Proface, etc, touch screen.

4 有设备装配和调试3年以上经验；
Minimum 3 years hands-on non-standard equipment & fixture fabrication experience.

5 良好的沟通能力和较强的动手能力；
Good communcation and strong manipulative ability.

6 年龄22-35岁，有英语基础优先。
English skill is perferred, 22-35 year old is perfect.
