Objective

Supporting senior project managers to manage and improve the commercial of tooling portion for all projects.

Key Accountabilities

- Drive SBM and Tooling PM & Engineers to have reasonable tooling cost and quote the budget, ensure get all the cost recovered.

- Understand client’s requirements fully and drive the team to meet or exceed these requirements.

- Interact closely with client, track and communicate information to ensure that it is used correctly and that tooling cost issues are dealt with appropriately and resolved promptly.

- Manage communications between the client , SBM and tooling team.

– Overall responsibility for all project tooling cost. Make sure cost reconciled by each phase timely.

Key Performance Indicators

All tooling cost recovered.

Required Qualifications, Experience & Key Skills

Knowledge & Experience

- 5 years postgraduate experience in relating fields, tooling PM would be preferable.

- Degree in mechanicals or tooling engineering would be preferable.

- New Product Introduction experience

- Detailed-oriented, hard-working and with high integrity and can-do attitude

- Excellent team player and with good interpersonal skill and communication skill.

- Ability to work independently, communicate effectively with teammates;

- – Able to work effectively in a multiple project environment
